Welcome Dr. Stefan Idso to Our Family!

We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our practice, Dr. Stefan Idso! As he begins to join our family, you’ll have the opportunity to meet him around our offices, so be sure to say hi!

Dr. Idso’s Journey

Dr. Stefan Idso started his academic career at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he pursued his undergraduate degree. After earning his degree, he proudly served as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force for seven years, where he worked as a Navigator on C-130 aircraft, allowing him to explore the world.

Following his service, Dr. Idso’s passion for dentistry led him to Marquette University School of Dentistry. His dedication was clear when he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

He then pursued an intensive orthodontic residency program at Marquette University School of Dentistry. Here, he not only earned a master’s degree but he also received a Certificated of Speciality in Orthodontics, further enhancing his expertise in this field.

Professional Affiliations

Dr. Idso is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Wisconsin Dental Association. His commitment to orthodontics is complemented by a fulfilling personal life.

More Than Just an Orthodontist

Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Idso finds solace in his personal life. He met his wife, Rachel, during his time at UW-Madison, and they are now proud parents of two daughters, residing in Wauwatosa. He values quality time with family and friends, is an enthusiastic traveler, enjoys outdoor adventures, and passionately supports Wisconsin’s sports teams. His dedication in, and outside of work, makes him a well-rounded and compassionate orthodontist who is dedicated to not long perfecting smiles but also enriching lives.
