On the Job Training: Our employees receive extensive on-the-job training to build their knowledge of our processes and to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful on the job. During your first three months at Bubon Orthodontics, you will be placed with a seasoned team member so that you can learn about our clinic, straight from someone who has been in your shoes and can help you be successful!
