Open Positions:

Orthodontic Assistant

• Prepare teeth for bonding and debonding
• Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
• Record patient charting and/or records from the doctor
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients
• Impress patients for appliances
• Communication with patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene
• Managing a fast-paced patient schedule
• Required travel to multiple offices

Patient Care Specialist

• Answering calls on a multiple-line phone system
• Greeting patients
• Confirming and scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Collecting patient payments
• Troubleshoot
• High-quality customer service
• Required travel to multiple offices
